I started yoga with Samarth a year back. My whole body had got real stiff due to my sedentary lifestyle, obesity and Parkinson’s. Samarth’s hard-work and patience with teaching has made me much more flexible and improved my mobility overall. He has also helped me with my cardio and weight loss. His workouts are energising and calming as well. Samarth’s passion for yoga and to help his clients really speaks for itself. He is the best yoga instructor you’ll find in town.
Hello, I’m Uraz Khan, 24, an avid boxer and a fitness enthusiast. At 17 I got diagnosed with a rare type of scoliosis called the Scheuermann's disease. Along with symptoms like limping, excruciating lower back pain and constant spasms, I found myself making regular errands to my doctors and physiotherapists. Advised to discontinue boxing I used to get temporary fixes through physiotherapy until I relapsed and was unable to workout again. It was only after I started practicing yoga on regular basis I found stability on my fitness journey. In the last 5 years of being under the aegis of Mr. Samarth Jani and his yoga teachings not only I’ve never relapsed again but have competed at many more boxing tournaments and have started my own boxing gym too. Unwilling to hang up my gloves anytime soon perhaps joining yoga was one of my best decisions ever.
I was introduced to Samarth by a friend who benefited greatly from Samarth's training. Being a little apprehensive at first, it was Samarth's patience and constant support that allowed me to embrace yoga. His unique method of teaching, steadfastness and persistence for perfection, greatly influenced the yoga sessions. My practice of yoga with him, has helped solved my jiggling back pains and vastly improved my flexibility. He also emphasises on training the mind as well as the body and that has vastly improved my concentration. I benefit greatly from the all his sessions and look forward to them.
Samarth as our yoga teacher, we feel persistence, commitment and endurance towards our health and wellness. It was not just about learning asanas. His knowledge and practice towards helping an individual develop their flexibility, alignment of posture, stamina and strength is commendable. Focusing on asana as well as pranayama, Samarth is really good with his yoga skills for a holistic development of mind and body. It's been over one and half year of consistent practise under him as well as for our 13 year old son Avyay. The journey of change has been incredible!
Samarth has been an extremely motivating and amazing teacher. He knows his forms and alignments. He has completely transformed me and helped me to become flexible. I have also become physically and mentally strong. The best part about him is that one gets to learn new postures in every class which doesn't make the workout monotonous. At the same time he makes me practice earlier postures till my form isnt perfected. He has strong knowledge on the concepts and explains to us on which posture is beneficial as well as the reasons before performing the same. He inspires me to practice yoga at home through self efforts. Its truly been an amazing journey with him and I have lost a lot of inches and weight under his guidance and support.

Samarth has been a friend, guide and an 'up my next level' yoga teacher for me. Deeply humble and grounded through his own practice, he has epitomized the inward journey of yoga. His methodology in teaching is self mastered and unique from other yoga teachers, always ensuring that ones breath is carried with the body. Adding to that, his teachings have uplifted me with a refreshed blend of core strengthening support, flexibility as well consciousness and always pushing me for immense practice. Do try his mantra-based class to elevate the sattvic's guna in your body and, however, tedious the hip opening and back bending is, don\'t miss the magic that unfolds thereafter. The methods of inversion teaching are also well tried and tested. Thank you for taking me to 'everyday' inner light of self-journey.
I am a parent of two adolescents. As per my profession, I regularly have to be on my toes at work and serve client queries due to which I had lost my posture. Samarth, has profoundly impacted my life in a very positive way. He managed to correct my body postures, helped me loosen my back muscles that was stiff and also taught me yoga asanas that drastically reduced my Diabetes which was extremely high when I first met him. He has majorly guided me to change my lifestyle and I blindly followed him through. I am thankful to have been regularly training under him through my daughters recommendation.
